What is Raw Hair?

Raw hair is 100% Natural Human Hair that is not chemically processed in any way and usually sourced from single donors.

How much does each bundle weigh?

Each bundle weighs 100 grams

How do I care for my bundles?

Each bundle and wig is sent out with a 'Hair Care Maintenance' guide.

  • We advise you to use a wide tooth comb
  • Only comb curly hair when wet to avoid frizz
  • Deep condition your extensions once a week
  • Always use a heat protectant
  • Please only go to a  professional for any chemical or colouring services

How many bundles will I need?

For a full head of hair, we recommend at least three bundles. If you are ordering bundles longer than 24", four or more bundles are recommended; in this instance also recommend that you purchase two bundles of the longest length to avoid the ends appearing thin.

Can I dye this hair?

Yes. Our hair is raw hair and takes dye perfectly

How do I prevent the ends from getting dry and frizzy?

Always use a heat protectant before applying any heat to your hair. Weekly use of a leave-in conditioner is highly recommended. 

What is the difference between HD Lace & Swiss Lace?

HD Lace is a very fine, delicate lace material. HD Lace creates a seamless hairline and melts more effortlessly than swiss lace.

Swiss lace is also a fine material but not as thin as HD Lace.

How do I maintain my hair colour?

We recommend using the appropriate shampoo and conditioner for specific hair colours. It's also critical to apply a heat protectant serum when using any form of heat.

Why does my hair have a slight scent, is this normal?

The hair’s natural scent is influenced by the environment in which it is sourced, which is Vietnam. Our suppliers do try and ensure the hair is carefully washed and conditioned without the use of chemical treatments. With proper aftercare while wearing your hair extensions this will also help reduce and eventually eliminate this scent.
