General

Access to the website www.huebylola.com and the purchase of products and services available through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the ‘Terms of Services’). By using the services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. 
Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order online with www.huebylola.com you are offering to purchase a product and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 
When placing an order you undertake that you are 18 or over, all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Huebylola is responsible for all card transactions made on our website. Card payments are processed using Elavon Merchant Services and all credit card details are entered on a secure page and are transferred using SSL to secure and encrypt all data.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Custom wig customization and colouring service order items are made specifically for you and these items will not be able to be modified further nor cancelled or modified once processing has begun, after 48 hours. If for any reason we accept a cancellation, this will be at our discretion and a cancellation fee of £100 admin fee applied.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if the wig has been worn. All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made. Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Pricing

The price for each product is stated in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP). The price in GBP can be converted to a number of different currencies. We try to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate and all prices advertised are subject to such changes. However, if a pricing error occurs we will notify you via email detailing the change.

Declaration

We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out there is nothing we can do about any corrections. If in any case an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.

Though we endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all our services; because we rely on a third party to deliver our goods, inevitably there may be delays in postage in the minority of cases. In these events we will do our very best to keep you informed and get your order delivered as quickly as possible. 

We ship orders using UPS, Fedex and DHL. All orders require mandatory processing times within our delivery times of three to seven business days. Once you have successfully placed your order, order processing will automatically begin an hour thereafter. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be changed nor modified.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be available via email as soon as your order is processed and shipped.  We do advise that all orders are placed at least a week in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.

In the event of damage or loss, the customer is responsible for getting in touch with the courier directly and keeping us updated if help is needed from us. We advise to get in touch with no later than two weeks past the delivery date if your item has not arrived or arrived in a damaged condition In order to allow us adequate time to raise a complaint and compensation claim with the courier.

Delivery

UK delivery include Standard UK DHL delivery (3-7 working days),  International ,EU and USA delivery options include Standard International delivery (5-10 working days).
