I recently purchased four bundles of the HBL Raw Body Wave hair (22 inches) from Huebylola, and it was one of the worst hair experiences I've had. Despite their bold claims about premium raw quality, the hair I received was horrible. It tangles constantly, sheds excessively, and is extremely coarse—completely unacceptable for "raw hair."
Even worse, Huebylola markets itself as a UK-based company, yet the product was shipped directly from China, which was a huge red flag regarding authenticity and trustworthiness.
For $646.00, this was a complete waste of money. I'm used to high-quality hair and this is the worst hair I ever had in my life and I strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they want to throw their money away. Extremely disappointed.
I reached out to their customer service multiple times but received no response, further highlighting their poor customer care. I also requested a refund due to the poor quality but never received a reply, which is completely unprofessional.
